What we collect when you apply
The details you type into the application form: your business name and type, how it is set up, its address, your website or profile, any Companies House and VAT numbers you give, your name, role, email and phone number, roughly how many orders you take and how, whether you have a Windows computer at your counter, and any notes. We also record when you confirmed your email and which version of this notice you saw.
Why we use it
To check and review your application, to contact you about it and, if it is approved, to set up your partner account and send your starter set. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Who sees it
Our team, and the services that run the form for us: Supabase (database), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting) and, if switched on, Cloudflare (spam check). They handle the data only to provide those services.
How long we keep it
Applications you do not confirm by email are deleted after 30 days. Applications we do not approve are deleted after 12 months. If you become a partner, we keep your details while you are a partner and for as long as the law requires afterwards.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and to object to or restrict how we use them, by emailing info@sayplay.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
